Mosaic Ring hat
The Mosaic Ring Hat is worked in a combination of stockinette stitch and garter stitch.  Using the mosaic technique, only one color is used per round while stitches in the other color are slipped.  This gives the illusion of a more difficult color pattern.  Using a color-transistioning yarn for the base color enhances the effect.  Instructions are included for both a beanie and a beret.  One ball of each color of Chroma is enough to knit both hats.

Sizes: Adult medium

Finished size:
Beanie: 20.25" relaxed circumference
Beret: 20" relaxed brim circumference

Gauge:
19 sts & 24 rows = 4" in St st

Yarn: Knit Picks Chroma worsted, 70% Wool, 30% Nylon, 198 yds/100 g; 1 ball Galapagos (MC), 1 ball Natural (CC)
